Welcome to Lucid UI. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Lucid UI platform, services, and related products provided by Lucid UI LLC ("Lucid UI", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use Lucid UI’s services.
Lucid UI offers a suite of AI-driven tools designed for local and small business service providers, including:
AI Conversational & Voice Agent
CRM and Pipeline Management
Sales Funnels and Automation
Appointment Scheduling
Marketing Campaigns (Email, SMS, VoIP)
Reputation Management
Lucid UI may update, add, or remove features at any time without notice.
By using Lucid UI, you confirm that you are:
At least 18 years of age
Authorised to represent your business or entity
Not in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
You must create an account to access Lucid UI’s services. You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
Lucid UI operates on a subscription basis with optional add-ons. By subscribing, you agree to:
Provide a valid payment method
Authorise recurring billing unless canceled
Pay all fees and applicable taxes
Refunds:
Refunds are issued only for onboarding issues or service failure within 30 days, pending review. Once services are deployed or marked "live," refunds are no longer applicable.
You agree to use Lucid UI only for lawful business purposes and will not:
Abuse the platform for spam or unsolicited communication
Attempt to bypass system security or access private data
Upload harmful code, malware, or viruses
Use AI agents for deceptive or unlawful purposes
Lucid UI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in violation of these terms.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lucid UI’s services for your internal business use.
All software, tools, designs, branding, and underlying technology remain the intellectual property of Lucid UI. You may not:
Modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute Lucid UI’s software
Reproduce branding, designs, or templates without written permission
Any content generated specifically for your business (funnels, campaigns, custom workflows) is owned by you.
Lucid UI integrates with third-party platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Zapier, Twilio, Facebook). We are not responsible for:
Downtime, errors, or policy changes from third-party tools
Data processing or storage handled by third-party providers
Your use of integrated services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Lucid UI is hosted on secure cloud infrastructure with a target uptime of99.9%. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice. We are not liable for:
Interruptions due to third-party outages
Technical issues outside our control
Emergency support and status updates are available through our Help Center.
Your privacy is important to us. By using Lucid UI, you agree to our Privacy Policy. Which outlines how we collect, store, and use your data. We follow industry best practices to secure your data including:
Encryption of stored and transmitted data
Role-based access controlRegular backups and monitoring
You retain ownership of all business data uploaded or generated through Lucid UI.
All work completed for your business, including but not limited to:
Funnels, forms, automations
Custom integrations and configurations
CRM and marketing workflows
...is treated as confidential and exclusive to your business

Lucid UI will not showcase, resell, or reuse your business configurations or strategies without your written consent.
You are solely responsible for:
Content submitted to or sent via Lucid UI (e.g., messages, reviews, images)
Ensuring that messages sent via email, SMS, or calls comply with applicable laws (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM)
You must not use the platform for:
Inappropriate, misleading, or abusive content
Fraudulent or malicious campaigns
Lucid UI may remove content that violates these standards at its discretion.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lucid UI is not liable for:
Lost profits or revenue
Business interruption or data loss
Errors caused by third-party services
Customer misuse or misconfiguration of tools
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months.
We may revise these Terms at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website. Continued use of Lucid UI constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support. Lucid UI reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:
Non-payment
Violations of these Terms
Misuse of platform tools
Upon termination, your access will be revoked and data may be deleted after 30 days.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of England.
